#098 La Polonaise

trio of "New Wave" Polish hops

Brewed the 02.04.2023

🍺 La Polonaise

Style: Juicy or Hazy Pale Ale

“La Polonaise” is a hazy pale ale that dances to a different rhythm—boldly brewed with a trio of new-wave Polish hops from the IUNG Institute: Amora Preta, Izabella, and Pulawski. Juicy and pillowy thanks to a flaked oat and Maris Otter base, this 4.6% sipper offers a bouquet of tropical fruit, white grape, and floral zest. Fermented with Verdant IPA yeast for a soft, expressive finish, it’s a fresh perspective on modern haze through a Polish lens.
