Welcome to my little artisanal laboratory of living beverages. My name is Fabrizio, and I create natural fermentations — botanical kefirs, hybrid brews, fruity elixirs — out of passion for the living, the taste, the unexpected.


Each recipe is an experience. Each bottle, a moment captured in time.

At Mugi Mugi, there is no mass production or commercial promise. I cultivate the pleasure of exploration, of the micro-series, of sharing. My goal is not to sell, but to convey the desire to taste, understand, and feel.

📓 The brewing journal

I keep a logbook where I note every idea, variation, result. This site is the public version of that logbook. You will find:

  • Recipe cards
  • Tasting notes
  • Reflections on yeasts, fruits, plants, the season

To be read like a slightly mad alchemist's notebook, with feet in the garden.

I sometimes organize private tastings or surprise shipments.


If you run a café, a collective, or a nature event, I can offer unique drinks to share. Always in an experimental mode, and always with sincerity.

📍 Location

Mugi Mugi is brewed in Gollion, in the Romandy region of Switzerland.


No workshop to visit (for the moment), but a living space where plants, yeasts, and desires intersect.
